Never before revealed before and after measurements & weekly goals

This week’s Wildcat goal is to work on doing something you are afraid of. I never before revealed my actual inches that were measured at Curves. If I lost an inch off of my hips I didn’t say how many inches my hips were, I would just say hips -1. But now I am going to reveal them…

So I started Curves at the end of June/beginning of July of last year and my last weigh and measure was June/July of this year…and I have no new current measurements though. But I think that measuring is an inexact science. I would try to get the same coach to measure me but it seemed the coach’s shifts were unpredictable (at least for me) so I always kept that in mind!

Before Measurements in inches:

Bust: 47 (never had anything up there…lol)

Waist: 44.25

Abdomen: 49

Hips: 58

Thigh: 30.50

Arm: 17

Weight: 280.25

Body Fat %: 45.90% (I am not sure how accurate those hand held things are, but it was fun watching it decrease)

June 2009/Last Measurements:

Bust: 39.25

Waist: 34.50

Abdomen: 40

Hips: 43 (I don’t have hips anymore!)

Thigh: 23. 50

Arm: 13

Weight: 194

Body Fat %: 34%

So…yep those are my actual inches! I started out wearing size 26 jeans and now I can wear 14-16 and the 14s are Misses! I started out wearing 26/28 shirts (is that 3 or 4x?) And now I wear larges or Juniors XL. So I know I lost inches!

These are my goals for the week

Program/Goals
Exercise
Monday, Wednesday, Fridays:
*Core => Pilates
*Strength training=> 30 day shred

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday:
*Cardio=> walk/jog, stepper, Tae bo ect.
*Core=> Pilates

*Flexibility=> stretching after all workouts!

Nutrition
*12-15 cups of water per day
*Less sodium <2300
*Calories => 1,490 - 1,840
*Vitamins
*More calcium/milk ect
*Also more protein

I’m going to continue making my peanut butter sandwich for lunch the days I have classes. I might also keep wearing my pedometer but that idea doesn’t seem to be working much. I am there for class, then to lunch and then to class and I really do not have time to go walking. But I walk from building to building so I do get some steps in.

I tried my playground workout today. I can’t pull myself up on the monkey bars and I ran like a deer when someone drove down the road fearing they would see me! lol
